Burj Dubai

If you are interested in visiting Dubai, you will find yourself in luck as there are many wonderful places to visit. Seawings allows you to go on an aerial sightseeing tour in a Cessna 208 Caravan aircraft. If you decide that this is how you want to take in your sightseeing, you will find that you could not have picked a better way.

For those who simply want to spend a day relaxing and cooling off there is the Wild Wadi Water Park which is great fun for the entire family. There is a little something for everyone in this water park and many people have compared it to the water parks that are found within Orlando, Florida.

There is also the Jumeirah Mosque, the Dubai Museum, Burj Dubai, and the Jumeira Beach and Park. But these are not all of the sites and places of interest in the city of Dubai. You might want to make sure that you are planning ahead so that you can take in as much as the sites as possible during your stay.

Best Time to Visit Dubai

Dubai is fast becoming one of the top vacation destinations for its warm climate and incredible shopping! It experiences a subtropical arid climate and is hot and humid most of the year. Most visitors visit between November to April when its weather is milder and there is a variety of events to look out for. The months of July and August is when Dubai is sweltering. Temperatures can range between 73 degrees in January to 103 degrees in July.

  • High season: November to April
  • Low season: July to August
  • Shoulder season: May to June, September to October

Dubai is extremely crowded during the high season, especially during huge events such as the Dubai Rugby Sevens at the end of November to the beginning of December, the Dubai Shopping Festival from late December through the beginning of February, and the Dubai Tennis Championships from February to March.

Also, during the holy month of Ramadan, businesses may shorten hours of operation and visitors should then refrain from eating, drinking and smoking in public from sunrise to sunset. However, many hotel restaurants still offer meals during the day to those who are not fasting.
